DotBeyond S.r.l. ("Dotability") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal data.

Data collected

We collect: registration data (name, email, organization), service usage data (domains, widget configurations), billing data managed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, and anonymous analytics data from visits to customer sites.

Data usage

Data is used exclusively to provide the service, improve it, manage billing and send service-related communications. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for periods required by law. Anonymous analytics data is aggregated monthly and raw data is deleted after 90 days.
